Ingredients:
Fresh
peas - ½ cup
Pudina
– 15 leaves
Green
Chillies – 5
Onion
– 1
Salt
as required
For the stuffing:
Grind
the above ingredients and make a paste. Fry them in two teaspoons of oil and
keep aside.
For the parathas:
Maida
- ½ cup
Atta
- ½ cup
Oil
- 1½ teaspoons
Salt
as required
Method:
Mix
above ingredients and knead into a smooth dough and keep it in a refrigerator
for half-an-hour.
Mix
maida and atta, make small cups out of it. Put ground peas mixture into it and
close. Make thick round parathas and fry them in vanaspathi or ghee. Eat these
parathas with any side dish which you like most.
